We are seeking an experienced and organized Booking Manager to join our homestay in Narbal, Kashmir. As a Booking Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the property's reservations and bookings, ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable and seamless experience during their stay.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of hotel industry operations, customer service, and a passion for the hospitality industry.Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the home stay's booking process, including reservations, cancellations, and changes to existing bookings.
Ensure that all guests receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service while making reservations or inquiries about availability.
Work with the hotel's sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
Maintain accurate records of all bookings, reservations, and cancellations.
Ensure that all bookings are properly processed and recorded in the hotel's management system.
Maintain a strong understanding of the hotel's room inventory, rates, and availability.
Communicate regularly with guests to confirm reservations, provide information about the hotel, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Train and supervise reservation agents to ensure they are providing exceptional customer service and following all hotel policies and procedures.
Assist with managing the hotel's online booking channels, including the hotel's website, third-party booking sites, and social media platforms.Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in hotel reservations and bookings, with a proven track record of increasing revenue and improving customer satisfaction.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with hotel management software and online booking platforms.
Strong customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Fluent in English and local language.
